Handwritten Application Forms Not Accepted As of April 3rd 2018
 As of April 3rd 2018,the Chinese Embassy and Consulates requires all Chinese visa application forms be filled in on the computer. Handwritten forms will no longer be accepted.

You may visit the website to fill in an application form online, or click here to download a blank application form and fill in manually with a computer.  Please remember to print out the completed application form once finished and sign where appropriate. Please also remember to make an appointment online in advance and submit your visa application at the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre on the date of appointment.
